Located in Fairfield, Connecticut, Dr. Cary A. Shapoff and Dr. Perry A. Wasserlauf specialize in periodontics and dental implant surgery. Periodontal services include emergency treatment, comprehensive examinations, second opinions, non-surgical treatment of gum infections, and the full range of periodontal surgical services. These surgical services include bone graft procedures, regeneration procedures, esthetic crown lengthening, functional crown lengthening, osseous (bone) surgery, and ridge augmentation procedures. periodontal treatment and dental implant surgical procedures in a comfortable, informative environment. We are committed to providing quality care to our patients. We developed this website to help strengthen our relationship and communication with both patients and colleagues so that they may better understand periodontal disease, it's treatment and prevention. In addition the dental implant treatment option is explained by text description and case examples. Dental implant care instructions are also provided for the patient. We have also provided detailed information about dental implant restoration procedures for our general dentist colleagues. Dr. Cary A. Shapoff has practiced in Connecticut for over 24 years. He lectures both nationally and internationally on his knowledge of periodontal disease and its treatment, bone grafting procedures and dental implant surgery. He has also written articles published in the Journal of Periodontology, Compendium and The Dental Guide (Canada). |
